Refund Policy

Because delivered digital codes cannot be taken back, refunds are limited to faulty or undelivered products, as set out below.

If a code is faulty, invalid or already redeemed on arrival, contact support within 48 hours with your order number. Verified cases are replaced or refunded in full.

Codes purchased for the wrong region are not eligible for a refund — check the region before checkout.
