1. What WCell is

WCell (wcell.app) is a digital marketplace that sells game top-ups, gaming vouchers, and gift cards to customers in Lebanon and the wider MENA region. Every product on WCell is a digital good: a code, a direct top-up to a game account, or a similar instantly-delivered item. WCell does not sell or ship physical goods.

2. Your WCell account and wallet balance

To buy on WCell you create an account and fund a wallet balance, which is used to pay for orders. Balance can be added via the top-up methods offered in your account (currently Whish Money and USDT). Top-ups are reviewed and credited to your balance before you can spend them.

Your wallet balance has no cash value outside WCell and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another person or account. Keep your account credentials private — you're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Orders and delivery

When you place an order, WCell deducts the price from your wallet balance and fulfills it either from WCell's own stock or through a third-party supplier (currently G2Bulk and PlayPin). Most orders deliver within minutes. For game top-ups, you're responsible for entering the correct player ID, server, and region — WCell validates what the supplier's system allows us to validate, but cannot recover a top-up sent to a player ID you entered incorrectly.

If an order cannot be fulfilled (supplier out of stock, a supplier error, or a failed delivery), WCell will either retry, deliver a working replacement, or refund the amount to your wallet balance. This is handled automatically in most cases; contact support if an order stays pending or shows an error for more than a few hours.

4. Refunds

Because WCell sells instantly-delivered digital codes and top-ups, orders that were delivered successfully are final and not refundable — the same standard that applies across digital goods marketplaces, since a delivered code can't be returned. The exception is a genuine order failure: if WCell can confirm a code didn't work, a top-up didn't arrive, or the wrong item was delivered due to a WCell or supplier error, we will fix it with a working replacement or a wallet refund at no cost to you.

Refunds are not available for player IDs entered incorrectly, for change-of-mind after delivery, or for issues caused by the game/app publisher's own systems once a code or top-up has been confirmed delivered by the supplier.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use WCell for fraud, to resell codes in a way that violates a publisher's terms, to abuse promotions or referral mechanics, or to attempt to interfere with the site or its suppliers' systems. WCell may suspend or close an account used this way, and may withhold delivery on an order reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.

6. Pricing

Prices are shown in USD and can change at any time to reflect supplier cost changes; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout, not a price shown earlier. WCell is not affiliated with the games, platforms, or gift card brands listed — product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify what's being sold.

7. Limitation of liability

WCell is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, WCell isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost in-game progress or missed promotions) arising from a delayed or failed order, beyond replacing or refunding that order as described in Section 4.

8. Changes to these terms

WCell may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use WCell after a change means you accept the updated terms.
