Terms of Service

1. What WCell is

WCell (wcell.app) is a digital marketplace for game top-ups, gaming vouchers, gift cards and mobile recharge. WCell sells digital goods and services only and does not ship physical products.

2. Your account and WCell balance

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private. Your WCell balance is used to pay for eligible purchases on WCell and has no cash value outside WCell. Funding methods and availability may change over time.

3. Orders and delivery

Review the product type, region, denomination and destination details before confirming. For direct top-ups and mobile recharge, you are responsible for entering the correct Player ID, server, account or phone number. Most digital orders are delivered quickly, but some may remain pending while delivery is confirmed.

4. Failed orders and refunds

If WCell confirms that an order could not be delivered, WCell may retry the order, provide a working replacement where appropriate, or return the amount to your WCell balance. Successfully delivered digital goods and completed top-ups are normally final because they cannot be returned after delivery.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use WCell for fraud, abuse promotions, interfere with the service, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to use. WCell may restrict accounts or orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers and the service.

6. Pricing

Prices are shown in USD and may change as availability and costs change. The price confirmed at checkout is the price used for that order. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the digital product being sold.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WCell is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from a delayed or failed order beyond the replacement or wallet-refund remedies described in these terms.

8. Changes and contact

WCell may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes update the date shown on this page. For help with an order or account, contact WCell support from the Support page.
